Job Description

This position reports to the COO. Primary responsibility is to provide direction and overall support for Environmental Services and Maintenance Departments, as well as management of Safety/Security and Emergency Preparedness. The incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all environmental health and environment of care plans and programs for Jennings American Legion Hospital. The incumbent will be actively involved in construction projects and compliance activities as directed by Administration.

Basic Qualifications

Associateís degree required or bachelorís degree in a related field preferred.
At least 5 years prior hospital/healthcare experience in Environment of Care and Joint Commission standards is required.
Working knowledge of the day-to-day operations of Environmental Services and Maintenance departments required.
