Coordinates the professional activities of the Executive Staff and the Board of Directors of the hospital as directed by the Chief Executive Officer. Completes specific work projects as assigned by CEO, COO, or CFO. Work is performed in accordance with established rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the hospital and in accordance with professional practices and techniques.
Minimum of 5 years secretarial or other office assistant experience.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a college degree preferred.
Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have sound judgment and reasoning ability, good long-term memory, be able to speak in front of people and interact effectively with the public.
Must be able to maintain a professional manner in stressful situations.
