The purpose of this position is to process all accounts payable invoices and checks on a timely basis and assist with other general office functions. This position is also responsible for sales tax reporting done on a monthly basis.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with business or technical training in general office skills.
Prefer formal education courses in bookkeeping, office administration, and data processing.
Must be highly organized with an attention to detail.
Must have visual and auditory skills, computer keyboard skills, be able to read and speak English, have good long and short-term memory, be able to interact effectively with the public, and be able to lift office/computer supplies.
Requires prolonged periods of walking, standing and/or sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and using fingers repetitively.
Must be able to work at a personal computer or computer terminal.
